Advocacy Director

     Born and raised in Sana’a Yemen, a goal-oriented, poised and confident young man who is willing to put forth a high level of effort to achieve his ambitions, was ready to venture to his next adventure. Soon after graduating high school from Al – Kuwait High School in Sana’a Yemen Ali Migrated to the Unites state in the age of 18. He graduated from George Mason University majoring in Communication, Public Relations with Information Technology minor. During his school years at GMU, Ali created and managed various social media marketing campaigns such as “Speak Up” and “ Movember” for the Entertainment Industry Council, Inc. The campaign “Speak Up” was for mental health storytelling in the media, which supports the development of resource materials, and to encourage authentic storytelling in news and entertainment programming. Ali implemented research and writing skills to create outreach strategies for non-profit campaigns in health, science, engineering and technology.


     Ali brings 10 years of experience in the field of Cultural and Localization for many U.S based companies that specializes in the language and cultural training fields.


     Today Ali is dedicating his energy and talent for a much bigger cause, the forgotten war in Yemen. Ali is the Advocacy Director for the Greater Washington D.C area with Yemen Aid, a charitable organization that provides humanitarian assistance to the poor in Yemen including cash assistance, food assistance and medical supplies and equipment.
